Web browser plug-ins are necessary for full use of all areas on the FCIS web site. A plug-in is a small, free program that helps you view Internet content. Downloaded and installed plug-ins allow you to expand compressed files, play and copy CDs, view .pdf files, play sound and multimedia clips, and view Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel files, even if you don’t have Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, or Excel software loaded on your computer.Important note: You may download the following free plug-ins from the manufacturers’ Web sites. “Zipped” or compressed files have had their file sizes reduced in order to save space and to simplify matters for file storage, transport, and copying. File expansion software expands and decodes compressed files downloaded from the Web or received as e-mail file attachments. Adobe Acrobat Reader software lets you view and print PDF files.

Scroll down the page and look for the link that lets you download the free version of RealPlayer.
When you see the RealPlayer download page, look for “RealPlayer 8 Basic – is our free player.” To download the correct version of RealPlayer for your operating system, complete the online form and follow the download instructions.

Downloads are available for both Windows and Macintosh operating systems. Select the product and version you would like to download to your computer. For example, if you wish to download a Word viewer, choose from among Word 97/98, 2000, and 2002.

1 - This is a self-extracting EXE file (approx 3.2 Mb). Versions will change occasionally. Choose the Windows 32-bit on this page and the Full PN Version with ".EXE" extension on the next page.
2 - After selecting this option choose "Save it to your computer," click OK and then specify a file location for your download.
